手機(jī)制造商摩托羅拉已經(jīng)開始針對(duì)蘋果展開先發(fā)制人的法律行動(dòng)，要求法院判定蘋果iPhone產(chǎn)品11項(xiàng)專利無(wú)效。
摩托羅拉向美國(guó)特拉華州地區(qū)法院提交了該申請(qǐng)，本月早些時(shí)候，摩托羅拉起訴蘋果，聲稱iPhone對(duì)它所擁有的專利侵權(quán)。提起的訴訟通過(guò)一間附屬公司實(shí)現(xiàn)，公司指責(zé)蘋果侵犯其18項(xiàng)專利，包括包括3G功能，GPRS，802.11無(wú)線和天線設(shè)計(jì)，甚至連MobileMe和App Store也共同當(dāng)被告。以下是摩托羅拉請(qǐng)求的專利列表。
